Took a stroll around Farringdon this evening to explore some hidden secrets, including St. Etheldreda’s Cathedral, which included a crypt and convent.  There was a service or reception going on, so I wasn’t able to sneak in for a peak.  The church is located in St. Ely, just down the street, and was first built way back in 1250, making it the oldest Catholic church in all of England.  (How neat!)
